Leaking pipe causes a problem

This property had unfortunately been flooded by a leaking over flow pipe. We moved quickly and professionally to treat the problem however after six months we were asked to return.

We checked outside and the over flow pipe had once again been leaking, we are currently waiting for this to dry out again so we can fix the problem however no mould had returned to the area previously treated.
