Survey and report
For one of our specialist surveyors to visit. We carry out a full inspection which includes;
We can carry out a detailed survey of the property, identify the areas of mould growth and the causes.
We look at the heating, ventilation, insulation, lifestyle and the type and construction of the property.
We will take temperature and humidity readings in the property and advise on the dew point temperature.
We then make recommendations on the necessary works to eliminate the mould. (Mould treatment and redecoration, Insulation – thermal Insulation, Ventilation
We give additional advise on correct use of heating and ventilation and on measures to reduce condensation in the home.

How do we treat the mould?
Stage one- We treat mould with extreme caution !! Mould is classified as a Health Hazard
Stage two – Wash down mould affected surfaces + 1 metre in all directions with Biocide detergent. (If the wall is papered; wash down, strip paper and wash down again
Stage three – Apply biocide barrier to same area as above.
Stage four– Apply two coats of biocide emulsion.
