Mould on staircase wallpaper.

 

Wallpaper stripped and complete mould treatment system applied to walls and woodwork.

Only 50mm fibreglass insulation in loft was insufficient and we recommend the minimum of 210mm. We will apply our insulation system onto the welshed ceiling area, this is all included as part of our mould treatment to the walls, ceiling and woodwork.

Tenant failed to notice his own leaking pipes hidden by excessive mould growth. Due to start these works shortly, awaiting asbestos report on textured ceiling. Plaster repairs and pipe repairs also needed. We would prefer to do remedial mould removal prior to repair works, to protect other trades from the mould hazard.

This leaking tank was unnoticed by the
builder when called to treat mould problem 9 MONTHS before our surveyor found this tank ready to fall through the cupboard. This would have flooded the entire property.
